Cancellation Policy
All hair appointments require approval from the salon before booking. Please wait for confirmation or a phone call from the salon. If you do not hear from us or receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please give us a call. * Every appointment has an allocated time slot for the needs of each client. We understand that you may need to change your plans from time to time, which is why we allow cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. ALL makeup, lash extensions/lifts/tints, brow lamination/tint, and facials require a 50% deposit. Cancellations and rescheduling are transferable if you give us at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via phone, email, text messages, or online. However, if you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit payment will be required before making a new booking. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Reflections Team
